Partnerships between community-based non-profit organizations or federally recognized tribes, local governments, or institutes of higher education can apply now. There are two-tracks to submit: Within the Community-Driven Investments for Change track, the EPA expects to award 150 projects for $10-20 million each, while in the Meaningful Engagement for Equitable Governance track, the EPA expects to award 20 projects for $1-3 million each. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through November 21, 2024.
