Greenlining Institute and California’s Energy Efficiency for All Release “Equitable Building Electrification: A Framework for Powering Resilient Communities”

The Greenlining Institute and California’s Energy Efficiency for All have partnered together to produce a new report, “Equitable Building Electrification: A Framework for Powering Resilient Communities.” The report examines and highlights the benefits for low-income residents of moving away from gas in buildings. The report looks closely at electrification, which can result in cleaner air, healthier homes, good jobs, empowered workers, and greater access to affordable clean energy.
