The California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) Wildfire Smoke Education Toolkit is a training resource for community health workers, promotores de salud, community leaders, and outreach workers. It is available in English and Spanish and includes participatory activities and detailed facilitator scripts. While the Toolkit includes four modules designed to be presented in sequence, each module can also be used on its own. By the end of the year, CDPH anticipates the release of a complete Facilitator’s Guide (module 5).
