Utilize AAFA’s Social Media Content Toolkits for National Asthma & Allergy Awareness Month

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) has created two content toolkits that organizations and individuals can use to share educational messages during National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month (or at any time) across social media channels, websites, and newsletters.

  1. National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month Social Media Toolkit: This toolkit includes sample posts and captions that can be used in recognition of a month- or day-based observance as well as to raise awareness about key topics. Asthma-specific content can be found on pages 6-10.
    • This toolkit was developed in partnership with Kids with Food Allergies (KFA).
  1. Pediatric Asthma Social Media Toolkit: Explore additional sample posts and content to raise awareness about the importance of managing childhood asthma. Topics include prevalence, asthma action plans, allergic asthma, staying healthy for school and play, signs and symptoms, and inhaler techniques.
