Bay Area Clean Air Advocates: Speak Out in Support of Air District Rule to Reduce Warehouse Pollution; Deadline 10/5

Warehouses are pollution magnets, bringing thousands of polluting truck trips through already overburdened frontline communities every day. Warehouse Indirect Source Rules (ISRs) have proven to be a practical and effective tool to meaningfully reduce pollution and accelerate the transition to non-polluting zero-emissions technologies. Currently, the Bay Area Air District is considering developing a warehouse ISR to address pollution, and your support is needed to ensure the District moves forward with a strong rule.

You can add your voice in two important ways:

  1. Join RAMP and other advocates in signing on to this letter using this Google Form by 3 PM on Monday, October 5th.
  2. Sign up to speak at the October 7th Bay Area Air District Board Meeting using this link, either virtually or in-person in San Francisco.

Your voice can help demonstrate that communities want meaningful action to reduce pollution and protect the people who live, work, and go to school near these sources.
