The Asthma Start home visiting program of the Alameda County Public Health Department in California is currently seeking to fill temporary Social Worker III positions. Selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing and assessing clients’ medical and psychosocial needs, linking them to resources, providing in-home environmental assessments, and conducting additional activities to achieve healthy outcomes. This position is temporary and will exist for a 4-to-6-month period.
